Managing Your Loan
Smarter loan products offer Internet and Telephone banking facilities for you to efficiently manage your loans.

Shortly after settlement of your loan you will receive information regarding how to access your loan via internet or telephone banking. For Internet Banking we encourage our clients to login and validate their account immediately after receiving login and password details.
Smarter has two distinct systems for clients to manage loans – the Loan Service Net and the Loan Access System - information regarding which system applies to your loan is detailed in the information provided immediately after settlement of your loan. Both systems can be accessed directly from the 'Online Banking' menu. Further information on these systems is provided below.

Loan Service Net
The Loan Service Net (LSN) can be accessed from your web browser to manage your loan. Alternatively if you prefer, telephone banking is available via the Loan Service Line (LSL) using the same user name and password issued for the Loan Service Net
Your loan service number is notified to you in the letter confirming settlement of your loan. Your confidential PIN number is mailed to you separately within a week of settlement.
Tip: If your loan number begins with the number ‘1’ you will use the Loan Service Net to access your loan.

Tip: A quick link is provided for the Loan Service Net on the main ‘Online Banking Menu’ of the Smarter Website.
Telephone Banking via the Loan Service Line
1300 360 801
The Loan Service Line is available by dialling 1300 360 801 for the costs of a local call anywhere within Australia. Users from outside of Australia can access the system by dialling +612 9225 0853, international call charges apply.
The user name and password are identical for the LSN and the LSL giving you the flexibility to manage your loan when a computer is not accessible.
Loan Access System
The Loan Access System (LAS) can be accessed from your web browser to manage your loan. Alternatively if you prefer, telephone banking is available via the Loan Access Line (LAL) using the same user name and password issued for the Loan Access System
Your loan access login number is notified to you in the letter confirming settlement of your loan. Your confidential PIN number is mailed to you separately within a week of settlement.
Tip: If your loan number begins with the number ‘4’ you will use the Loan Access Systemto access your loan.

The user name and password are identical for the Loan Access Systems and the Loan Access Line giving you the flexibility to manage your loan when a computer is not accessible.
